미유미유 (MeyouMeyou) 개인정보 처리방침

미유미유(이하 “앱”)은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 사용자가 앱을 이용하는 과정에서 수집·이용되는 개인정보와 그 처리 방식에 대해 설명합니다.

본 앱은 별도의 회원가입 절차 없이 기기의 고유 ID(Device ID)를 식별자로 사용하여 서비스를 제공하며, 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 등 민감한 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 권한

  • 기기 식별자 (Device ID): 회원가입 없이 사용자를 식별하고 파트너와 연결하기 위해 기기의 고유 식별자를 사용합니다.
  • 카메라 (Camera): 파트너 연결을 위한 QR 코드 스캔 및 프로필 사진 촬영을 위해 사용됩니다.
  • 사진/미디어 (Photos/Media): 사용자가 프로필 사진을 설정하기 위해 기기의 이미지에 접근할 수 있습니다.
  • 결제 정보: 앱 내 결제(In-app Purchase)는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store의 결제 시스템을 통해 처리되며, 개발사는 사용자의 결제 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 개인정보의 이용 목적

  • 서비스 제공: 기기 식별자를 활용한 파트너 연결, 하트 주고받기(햅틱 인터랙션) 등 식별 및 기능 제공
  • 알림 전송: 파트너의 호출 알림 및 연결 상태 알림 발송
  • 서비스 개선: 앱 안정성 확보 및 사용자 경험 향상

3. 개인정보의 보관 및 파기

  • 수집된 정보(기기 식별자, 설정한 닉네임 및 프로필 이미지 등)는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 Supabase 데이터베이스에 안전하게 보관됩니다.
  • 사용자가 앱 내 기능을 통해 데이터 삭제를 요청하거나 연결을 해제하는 경우 해당 정보는 기술적인 방법에 의해 복구 불가능하도록 파기됩니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

  • Supabase: 안전한 데이터 저장 및 실시간 연결 서비스를 위해 Supabase(Backend-as-a-Service)를 이용하고 있습니다.
  • 앱 스토어(Google Play / App Store): 유료 서비스 결제 시 관련 처리는 각 스토어의 결제 시스템을 따릅니다.
  • 그 외 사용자의 동의 없이 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

  • 사용자는 기기 설정을 통해 언제든지 카메라 및 알림 권한 허용을 철회할 수 있습니다.
  • 사용자는 서비스 내 기능을 통해 계정(기기 식별자 기반 데이터) 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

MeyouMeyou Privacy Policy

MeyouMeyou (hereinafter “App”) values your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains how personal information is collected and used.

This App provides services using a unique Device ID as an identifier without a separate sign-up process, and does not collect sensitive personal information such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses.

1. Information Collected and Permissions

  • Device Identifier (Device ID): Uses the device’s unique identifier to identify users and connect with partners without forcing sign-up.
  • Camera: Used for scanning QR codes for partner connection and taking profile photos.
  • Photos/Media: Access to device images is required if the user wishes to set a profile photo.
  • Payment Information: In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment systems. The developer does not collect or store the user’s payment details directly.

2. Purpose of Use

  • Service Provision: Identification and feature provision (e.g., partner connection, sending hearts/haptic interactions) using the Device ID.
  • Notifications: Sending notifications for partner calls and connection status.
  • Service Improvement: Ensuring app stability and enhancing user experience.

3. Retention and Deletion

  • Collected information (Device ID, set nickname, profile image, etc.) is securely stored in the Supabase database during the service usage period.
  • If a user requests data deletion through the App functions or disconnects, the relevant information will be deleted irreversibly.

4. Third-Party Provision

  • Supabase: We use Supabase (Backend-as-a-Service) for secure data storage and real-time connectivity.
  • App Stores (Google Play / App Store): Payment processing for paid services follows the respective store’s payment systems.
  • We do not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except as required by law.

5. User Rights

  • Users can withdraw camera and notification permissions at any time via device settings.
  • Users can request the deletion of their account (Device ID-based data) via the App’s features.
